# 1. Frozen Meals Are Not Long Term Solutions...

Plastic wrapped, frozen foods are not real health foods! Think about it, how is
something that is covered in frost bite, dropped into a plastic container, plastic
wrapped, shipped in a container truck, and then refrozen in your refrigerator possibly
healthy for you. It's not, and your body recognizes this substance as foreign and works
against you by causing more inflammation and eventually shuts off your long-term

#2. Machines Don't Work – They Work Against You!

I've spent over a decade working and consulting for fitness companies and I can tell
you as an "insider" that machine circuits are the favorite selling tool to convince
